No words can express how thankful and grateful we are.
Hi All Smiles Team,
Now that things have calmed down a little and a week has passed since our amazing reception at All Smiles in Sorrento, we just wanted to send you an email to say a big thank you for having us last week. When we first made our booking at All Smiles Docklands, you made the process of changing to Sorrento so easy even though we had already signed documents and paid our deposit. From this point we knew that we were going to be looked after.
When we visited All Smiles Sorrento in February of this year, we knew we had made the right decision. Not only were you welcoming to us but once we were introduced to Kat and the team we knew we had made the right choice by booking our reception with you. We viewed over 12 venues in one weekend and after locking it in with Sorrento, we still weren’t 100% sure as this was our first time planning a wedding and the nerves were starting to take over.
A cocktail reception isn’t very common in our culture so our parents felt very uneasy about our decision. Several visits to the venue to show each family member around and by that point, their views started to change. On the final week leading up to our wedding, we came down with both sets of parents and our siblings. Kat and the team were nothing short of amazing. We had people who had just arrived that morning and their first taste of Melbourne was All Smiles Sorrento’s breathtaking views and amazing food. Our parents who still had a few doubts about how we were going to pull off this cocktail wedding, were starting to feel a bit more at ease.
On Friday, a week ago from today, we had the pleasure of having Kat and her amazing staff take care of our big day. No words can express how thankful and grateful we are for the hospitality and level of service we received. Our guests are still raving about the amazing food, stunning views and how well we were all looked after. No job was too big for Kat and the team. We just wanted to pass on a massive thank you to you, Kat as well as the team and everyone else that played a part in ensuring our big day went smoothly.
Kat, no words can express how thankful we are for all your hard work in keeping me from turning into Bridezilla or from keeping our parents calm. Our parents were very skeptical about having a cocktail wedding but that soon changed as they walked through those doors on Friday. They have not stopped talking about how well everything went and how much fun they had. They are in absolute awe of your amazing work and the way your staff took care of everyone. We had family travel from as far as Hawaii and they have decided that All Smiles Sorrento is now a part of their trip every time they visit Melbourne, so thank you. Thank you for everything you did to make our big day the best day of our lives.
