Hi Fiona and All Smiles Team!
It has been a couple of months since our wedding and I have finally gotten around to writing this email! However, it was important that I sent it… eventually!
Both Ben and I would like to thank you and the All Smiles team making our wedding day so special! All too often people send complaints about their experiences or services, rarely do clients/customers take the time to thank or acknowledge those businesses that have really made a positive impact on their lives.
All we wanted for our wedding was a social atmosphere and a day that truly reflected Ben and I as a couple… All Smiles delivered that and more!
The Venue speaks for itself – picturesque views, modern cocktail atmosphere, plenty of seating etc… but what our guests continue to compliment the amount of food that was available, the quality of the food, the variety of beverages and most importantly the service they received by the staff! The team that worked the floor and the bar that night must be commended for their ethic and hospitality… they made sure that EVERY guest was attended to and offered them food and drinks throughout the whole evening – they also ensured that us as the bride and groom were enjoying our night and made special efforts to see that on such a busy night we were eating/drinking too! – not once did we have to move to get something… the staff were right there when we needed often with an extended arm handing me a champagne before I had to ask! Love it!
We hope many more people choose All Smiles as their wedding venue… as they will have the great memories that we have to keep forever! We will continue to sing your praises (as will all our guests)!
