Absolutely Perfect

I just want to take this time to extend our sincere and great thanks to you and all of the team at All Smiles for our engagement party on Friday night.

The night was absolutely perfect and everything I had ever wished and hoped for and that was underpinned by you and your amazing team. From the very start, you have all been so fantastic and easy to deal with, accommodating any request and managing my OCD, finicky requests perfectly.

Every single guest that attended on Friday night made a comment about how beautiful presented the venue was and how fantastic the wait and bar staff were. Everyone had a smile on their face at all times which was so important to us. Even more so, whenever a new tray of food would come out, the staff would always find Mat and myself and offer us some food. I didn’t know the importance of this until I relaised how time consuming it is actually trying to get around and talk to everyone. It was just fantastic. On that note – the food was absolutely delicious and we have had so much great feedback from our guests about it as well.

At the end of the night, you were all so helpful in helping to pack up the candy buffet and get our gifts in order too. In particular Mat was so thrilled with the alcohol at the end as well. You are all absolute superstars.

We are honestly so thrilled that we had our engagement party at your venue.

I don’t know if there are enough words to say how grateful we are for you and your incredible team. So please extend our thanks to every person that was involved in Friday night, as well as Dean and Michelle as if it wasn’t for all of you, our night wouldn’t have been the perfect one that it was.
